The Talking Phase (50 mins): Dream analysis, transpersonal dialogue, and deep shadow work to map the psychological landscape.
The Energy Session (50 mins): Intuitive healing to clear blockages, activate the flow, and anchor insights into the body.
The Integration & Debrief (20 mins): Closing the session, grounding the experience, and setting intentions for the time between session

Duration: The work is a minimum 3-month commitment, extending to a year or more as the journey unfolds. The duration is determined uniquely as the sessions progress.
Format: All sessions are conducted online via Zoom, allowing Tim to work with individuals globally from his base in rural Italy.
